Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn, brand-new condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
